In a rare case of equipment failure, we are generally able to restore equipment to operations within 48 hours (and at most 72 hours). All service results are recorded in a detailed report and a copy is left with the client as well as filed with Pulmac for future reference. Re-certification is clearly indicated on a signed sticker left affixed to your Pulmac equipment.

Pulmac Master Screen

Normal use: Under normal use your Pulmac Master Screen will benefit from regular, routine maintenance. When a local reference pulp program is in place, Pulmac recommends a service visit on an annual basis to supplement local routine maintenance procedures.

Heavy use: For Pulmac Master Screen under heavy use, in extreme conditions or if a reference pulp program has not been implemented, Pulmac recommends semi-annual service.

A typical "heavy use" service visit requires one day and will include a thorough cleaning of the instrument, waxing of the sample feed tank, replacement of wear components (Seals and O-Rings), verification of critical flow rates and timings, field re-certification of the screen plate through visual microscopy, minor repairs as required, and re-certification of the instrument.

All results are recorded on a detailed Service Report and a copy is left with the client as well as filed with Pulmac for future reference. Re-certification is clearly indicated on a signed sticker left affixed to the Pulmac equipment.
